De ah\u00ed emana la trascendencia de la funci\u00f3n y de los delegados sindicales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s est\u00e1 demostrado que el sindicato contrarresta a la Administraci\u00f3n y a las empresas, <strong>el funcionario\/trabajador afiliado est\u00e1 m\u00e1s y mejor defendido <\/strong>que el empleado p\u00fablico\/privado que no lo est\u00e1. El poder de un sindicato est\u00e1 en la cantidad, calidad, compromiso y reivindicaci\u00f3n de sus afiliados.
