Todo ser humano (y por ende, tambi\u00e9n los polic\u00edas), por el hecho de serlo, experimentar\u00e1, en alg\u00fan momento de su vida, la vulnerabilidad, ya sea de car\u00e1cter social, f\u00edsico, psicol\u00f3gico, cultural o laboral.<br \/>\nLa esencia de cualquier grupo humano (y por ende la sociedad y la administraci\u00f3n) es la de acoger en su seno y apoyar a quienes viven en situaci\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad. En ausencia de esta condici\u00f3n, el grupo pierde su humanidad.<br \/>\nComo afirma el tel\u00e9fono de la esperanza, cuando una persona\/polic\u00eda tiene una dificultad, \u00e9ste debe pedir ayuda si la necesita.
